More than one million kids got their haircut for FREE at JCPenney's back-to- school event in August. Because it was so successful, JCPenney is offering them again starting in November. This time on Sundays only. If you have kids grades K through 6th grade they can get their haircut for free. Check your JCPenney in your area.
