Weight Watchers Live Life Active Celebration This Weekend

This Saturday, June 1, 2013, all Weight Watchers locations will be having a big celebrations with fun activities and special promotions. If you are a Weight Watchers member bring a friend and if they join you get a special treat!

Here's an example of what will be going on at the Tryone Weight Watchers in St. Petersburg, Florida, where I lead a meeting on Tuesday mornings.

11:30 a.m. snacks and success stories

Noon Fit Wall

12:30 p.m. Tai Chi Society (demonstration)

1:00 p.m. Yoga Energy (demonstration)

1:30 p.m. Gentle Exercise with Hula
